The City Of Inman has been focused on redevelopment over the past few years. Most recently updating curbs and sidewalks, paving the way from other projects, like a new and improved Spartanburg County Library.
On December 30, 2019 the library was closed and prepared for demolition. Price Construction Company was selected and awarded the contract to demo the building and prepare the site for the new construction.
Over 130 truck loads of demolition debris was hauled away, including the demolition of two small apartment buildings and the Inman Library, preparing the way for the a new library.
